(3925 Ohio Street, SD CA 92104) AT THE DAY OF THE EVENT ON SUNDAY.

THE RALLY WILL BE HELD AT THE FOUNTAIN IN THE BALBOA PARK BY PARK BLVD FROM 11-1130 AM.

WE WILL MARCH, PROUDLY THROUGH HILLCREST AND NORTH PARK.

WE SHALL ARRIVE, TOGETHER, AS ONE, AT THE FESTIVAL LOCATION IN OHIO & UNIVERSITY FROM 12-6PM.

Dyke March 2009

THE OFFICIAL SITE OF DYKE MARCH & DYKE FESTIVAL SAN DIEGO!

The torched had been passed! The San Diego Dyke March Planning Committee has convened and we are now on the exciting stages of making this year's Dyke March and Dyke Fest happen. We have an ambitious yet very realisitc goal, and that is to make this year's event the biggest one that San Diego has ever seen.

In doing so, we aim to bring back some of old traditions and also usher in new principles to bridge the gap between the past and the present to provide another vehicle for a more progressive and positive influence for the future of our LGBT community.

• Build Community
• Increase LGBTQI Visibility
• Celebrate and Promote Feminism
• Embrace and Celebrate the Diversity within our own LGBTQI community
• Promote Activism and Positive Community Involvement

OBJECTIVES

• Organize a march at least 1,000 of our brothers, sisters, family, and supporters.
• Recruit at least 100 volunteers and sponsors
• Form alliances with our proponents outside of the LGBTQI community
• Establish own 501(3)(c)
